Commercial Wok Range stands behind the quality of our equipment. We offer a 30-day return policy on all products.

30-Day Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at info@commercialwokrange.com or call +1 (321) 209-8442 with your order number.
2. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with the RA number clearly marked on the outside.
4. Ship the item to: 1511 Seminola Blvd Unit 1085, Casselberry, FL 32707.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to product defects or our error, we cover return shipping costs. For returns due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice. Do not return damaged items until we provide instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been installed or used in a commercial kitchen
• Items missing original packaging or accessories
• Custom or special-order items
• Items returned after the 30-day window

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or model, follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing of your exchange.

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are handled separately from returns. If your product has a manufacturing defect that appears after the 30-day return window, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with the manufacturer to process your warranty claim.
