Shipping Policy

Commercial Wok Range offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. We understand that timely delivery of commercial kitchen equipment is critical to your operations.

Free Shipping

All orders ship free within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase required. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may incur additional fees — contact us for a quote.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Freight Shipping for Large Equipment

Commercial wok ranges and large burners ship via freight carrier due to their size and weight. Freight deliveries typically take 3-7 business days depending on your location. Someone must be available to sign for the delivery during business hours.

Small Items and Accessories

Wok rings, ladles, nozzles, and other small accessories ship via standard ground shipping (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the United States only. We do not ship to international destinations at this time. If you are located outside the US and interested in our products, please contact us to discuss options.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Do not discard the original packaging until the claim is resolved.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or returned shipments due to incorrect addresses. Commercial addresses are preferred for freight deliveries to avoid residential delivery surcharges.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website. For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
